Science and technology research campaigns among students have also brought about considerable results of which the robot fabrication for robot contests is one outstanding example.

In 2011, 07 of the 16 HaUI robot teams qualified the National Contest and the ALLIGATOR was the runner-up of this national competition.

In 2012, 07 of the 15 HaUI robot teams qualifying the Robocon Contest of The North were selected to go forward to the National Contest.

In 2013, 08 of the 10 HaUI robot teams qualified the Robocon Contest of The North. After this competition, 01 HaUI were selected to go forward to the National Contest.

In 2014, 08 of the 10 HaUI robot teams qualified the Robocon Contest of the North. 03 of them then qualified the National contest. It is noted that in the National Contest, 01 HaUI team won the first prize of the Robocon Techshow Contest with its “Unmanned Aerial Vehicle”. Also, in this year, a HaUI student won the second prize of the “Young Talented Researchers”
