This strategic initiative is a key focus within Politburo's Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW, which outlines fundamental and comprehensive reforms in education and training, aiming to significantly boost the foreign language proficiency of future generations.

On May 28, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized a thematic seminar entitled “Public Service Culture in the Context of Contemporary Higher Education Reform.” The event attracted the enthusiastic participation of university staff and employees, reflecting growing interest in professional ethics, institutional culture, and public responsibility in academia.

On May 22, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) welcomed a delegation from the Quality Management Department of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) as part of a practical survey program at higher education institutions. On March 30, 2025, the School of Languages and Tourism (SLT), Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), successfully organized the international conference titled "Teaching and Researching Japanese Linguistics and Japan Studies in Higher Education: Practices, Challenges, and Innovations." The event brought together domestic and international experts and scholars, both onsite and online, to present and discuss cutting-edge research and educational practices.

On the afternoon of December 12, 2024, a delegation from the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) conducted a working session with Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) to assess the implementation of the Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (2019–2025).

On 22 October 2015, Hanoi University of Instrudy, in partnership with the Managerial Board of the National Foreign Languages 2020 Project (NFP 2020) hosted a seminar, aiming at contrubiting ideas for the content and approaches of a training workshop on testing and assessment for teachers of English at economic, technical and vocational universities and colleges. This seminar was chaired by the Deputy Director General of Secondary Education Department and Deputy Executive Director of the NFP 2020 Management Unit, Dr Vu Thi Tu Anh.
