Representative of JICA Office visited Hanoi University of Industry
In the morning of October 18th 2013 , Mr. Fumihiko Okiura - Representative of JICA Vietnam office visited and worked with the University.
Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Rector , Director of Vietnam - Japan Center, Director of International Cooperation Department and JICA-HaUI experts warmly welcomed Mr. Fumihiko Okiura.
At the meeting , Dr . Tran Duc Quy introduced the history and development of the university, with particular emphasis on the support and cooperation of JICA and Japanese Government from 2000 to present. Rector’s commitment to contribute financial resources to the HaUI - JICA project in period 2013 – 2016.
After hearing the information about the university , the progress of JICA-HaUI projects, Mr. Fumihiko Okiura hoped that the Hanoi University of Industry will continue to maintain good cooperation with JICA and the agencies , organizations and he said Mr. Hiroshi FUKADA - Japanese Ambassador in Vietnam will have an official visit to the university in November.
