Meeting and assigning coaching tasks for Asean 2016 and 2017 world skills contests.

Inthe afternoon of June 24th, 2016 Hanoi University of Industry organized meetings and assigned coaching tasks for Asean 2016 and 2017 world skills contests.

At the Ministry of Industry and Trade's skills competition, Hanoi's Skills Competition and National Skills Competition, students from Hanoi University of Industry have won several outstanding high rankings, including 03 first prizes, 10 second prizes, 02 consolation prizes at the contest by the Ministry; 04 first prizes, 04 second prizes, 06 third prizes and 02 consolation prizes at City's Skill Contest; 05 first prize, 01 second prizes, 02 third prizes at National contest.

Through the contests, many students were recruited into the national team to attend 2016 Asean Skills and 2017 World Skills Contest. Accordingly, 05 contestants were chosen to attend Asean 2016 skills competition in CAD, Electronics, Cars; Candidates Dang Thanh Diem and Tran Dong Kien attended a training course in China to prepare for the Internet of Things craft demonstration at the Asean Skills Competition. Nguyen Van Tuan attended the training in Republic of Korea sponsored by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. to prepare for the World Skills Competition .

Asean Skills Competition is expected to take place from 19th to 29th September 2016 in Malaysia and the World Skills Competition will be held in October 2017.
