Opening ceremony of National Vocational Skills Testing on Wedding, CNC Metal Cutting, Cooling Equipment Operation and Maintenance

Under the plan of Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) for national vocational skills testing and certification, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) cooperated with General Directorate of Vocational Training to undertake the national occupational skills evaluation for wedding (level 3), CNC metal cutting (level 3), cooling equipment operation and maintenance (level 2) with the broad participation of contestants from enterprises.

The assessment took place from 28th to 29th November 2015 in theory rooms and laboratories of HaUI. The contestants participated three parts of a test including: theory test, paper-based performance test, machine-based performance test. Supervisors and assessors are richly experienced HaUI lecturers and experts from accredited enterprises.

Earlier in October, HaUI coordinated with Japan Vocation Ability Association (JAVADA) to successfully organize vocation skill testing for Milling (level 3). Participating in national occupational skills assessment enables contestants to demonstrate their capacity, create more opportunities for career development as well as help enterprises to better choose suitable workers for their needs.
