Signing a cooperation agreement between HaUI and JISA

On July 12, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized the cooperation agreement signing ceremony with Japan Internship Support Association (JISA). This event has affirmed and expanded the cooperation relationship in training, fostering, and developing high-quality human resources of the two organizations.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Rector of HaUI shared: Cooperation between universities and businesses to train human resources to meet the needs of the labor market is one of the important tasks at HaUI. Support from businesses contributes an important role in building a training and academic environment which is to meet the demand for technology during the period of industrial revolution 4.0.

Dr.Thuc emphasized: The Labour Supplying and Training Company Limited (LETCO company - under HaUI) was established in 2000. LETCO acts as a bridge to bring students of the university to study, intern and work in many countries around the world. Every year, LETCO sends more than 2,000 trainees, students and workers to study and work in some labor markets such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc... Up to now, the company has affirmed its scale, position and built a strong brand in the market: Supplying labor force & oversea education.
It is hoped that the cooperation between HaUI and JISA will bring benefits to both sides and especially bring much efficiency in improving the quality of training for students.
Mr. Tsukagoshi Kazuyoshi - Director of JISA emphasized: "Today, JISA and HaUI signed a cooperation agreement, which is the premise for a long-term and strong relationship. JISA has a social network to serve students spanning many fields and industries such as engineering, technology, construction, information technology, tourism, hotels, healthcare, food, etc... therefore, the cooperation of JISA and HaUI will be achieved by transforming the advantages available from both sides into specific programs, supporting students to open their career paths. HaUI educates high-quality labor resources, while JISA connects with good employers, the resonance of the two sides will create positive values ​​for students and employers, contributing to socio-economic development.”
In accordance with the action minutes, HaUI and JISA will jointly cooperate on the following contents:
- JISA supports HaUI students in training through Internship Program in Japan.
- JISA builds an international standard training program for students.
- JISA commits to improving the professional capacity of HaUI students including the Japanese language.
- JISA develops internship programs for 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
