In the morning of October 10th, 2016, Hanoi University of Industry signed a memorandum of cooperation with Tokyo University of Social Welfare (Japan).

The memorandum stated clearly the terms aiming at creating a favorable environment to develop and promote coordinated programs in scientific research and training. The memorandum is mutually carried out on the basis of goodwill, equality, mutual benefit, non-discrimination, compliance with national laws and regulations and in accordance with the authority, functions and duties of each party.

This is an important milestone in the development of cooperation between Hanoi University of Industry and Tokyo University of Social Welfare. Achieving the agreements in development cooperation with Tokyo University of Social Welfare will bring practical learning opportunities for students during this era of global integration and development.

They also expect this memorandum of cooperation to open up new development opportunities in the training programs of the two institutions in particular and between Hanoi University of Industry with Japanese partners in general for the task of training and developing high quality human resources, contributing to the development of society.
