On February 24, five students of Hanoi University of Industry were honored to receive AES Future Energy scholarships.

On February 09, the International Cooperation Center organized a New Year's congratulations meeting for international students on the occasion of the 2023 Lunar New Year. This is an opportunity to summarize the activities of 2022, and to implement the action plan for 2023 for international students who are studying at the university.

In order to create opportunities for international students studying at Hanoi University of Industry to learn about Vietnamese Tet culture, on January 12, the Student Support Center in collaboration with the Center for International Cooperation organized a program called "Spring reunion 2023".

Nguyen Thanh Tung and Nguyen Xuan Thai - 2 students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) excellently won Silver Medals with CNC Milling and CNC Turning at the 46th World Skills Competition held in Germany.

On October 10 and 11, 2022, in the cool weather of the autumn, the Welcome festival for freshmen was taken place at Campus 1 and Campus 3 of Hanoi University of Industry with many meaningful activities for more than 7,000 students of cohort 17.

On September 26, 2022, at the National Convention Center, Hanoi University of Industry solemnly held the Graduation Ceremony in 2022 for new bachelors of the cohort 13.

Implementing the Program of Youth Union - Association work and student movement of the Capital; aiming at creating an environment for students to practice and strive for achieving the title “Students of Five Merits”, promoting the creativity and intelligence of students, The Youth Union - Vietnam Student Association of Hanoi in collaboration with Hanoi University of Industry to organize the third festival of “Students of Five Merits” at City-level in 2022 on September 8, 2022.

On the morning of August 12, Hanoi University of Industry held the closing ceremony of the engineer training course of the Korean VITASK Project. 55 students who completed the course attended the closing ceremony and received certificates and gifts from VITASK.

With the aim of developing 3D printing technology applied in mold manufacturing in Vietnam, the research team consisting of 05 students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Tien Dung, successfully carried out the research project “Study on designing and manufacturing 3D printing equipment (AM) integrated on CNC milling machines to improve efficiency in plastic injection mold manufacturing”. The research was highly appreciated by the Acceptance Council and won the First Prize of the 13th Student Scientific Research Competition of Hanoi University of Industry.
