Hanoi University of Industry has implemented many activities for the last few weeks, in order to support HaUI students who are staying in Hanoi and facing difficulties during the time of social distancing to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic. Thousands of students have got support so far.

With a view to aid flood-stricken victims in Central Vietnam, HaUI donated VND 200 million to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Hanoi University of Industry was selected by Toyota Motor Vietnam as one of two universities in Hanoi to receive the "Technical Education Support Package”.

In the morning of August 25, 2016, Ms. Bui Thi Ngan, Vice Rector of HAUI, together with the director of Center for enterprise partnership and vocational skill assessment showed their warm welcome to the representatives of Saitama Support Desk Company (Japan) and had a working day with SSD.
