From February 22, 2022, to March 3, 2022, the University of Arizona in collaboration with Hanoi University of Industry organized 04 webinars with the theme "Synthesis, presentation, and evaluation of data", “Introduction to the Project Model and Project-Based Learning”. A series of events under the Building University-Industry Learning Development through Innovation and Technology (BUILD-IT Project).

Hanoi University of Industry has reopened; although it has not been as vibrant as before, the atmosphere is warmer when teachers and students return to school. With the aim of providing soft skills for K16 and K23 students, a course named "Training soft skills for HaUI freshmen students" was held by Hanoi University of Industry from January 18, 2022, to January 25, 2022.

On the afternoon of January 25, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry held a ceremony to award the Doctoral Degrees and Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in science and technology activities in the 2016 - 2020 period.

On the morning of January 21, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry held The Announcement of the Resolution to recognize the University Council, Chairman of the University Council for the term 2022 - 2026; the Resolution of the University Council to the first appoint of 2 Vice-Rectors and to establish the School of Languages and Tourism. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doctor Le Hong Quan holds the position of Chairman of the University Council.

On the morning of January 18, 2022, Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam proceeded with the Handover Ceremony of wire-cut EDM equipment to the Vietnam Japan Center - Hanoi University of Industry.
