In the afternoon 29/11/2012 ,Hanoi University of Industry and Advisory Council - Vietnam Association for Information organized Opening Ceremony Of International Programming Contest ACM / ICPC Asia 2012

Speaking at the opening ceremony, TS. Tran Duc Quy, Rector of the school, the head of the Organization of the ACM / ICPC Asia, scores Hanoi stressed: The contest aims to develop creativity and innovation in building the new software program and allow students to test their capacity to perform under high time pressure. This is a programming exam the oldest, largest and most prestigious in the world.
