Hanoi University of Industry launched an e-Sports Training room
On the morning of August 12, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized a ceremony to launch the eSports Training Room worth 500 million VND funded by VBE; Intel Vietnam; LogitechG, ViewSonic and Western Digital.

Attending the event, there were representatives of Vietnam Recreational and Electronic Sports Association (Viresa) and representatives of sponsors including VBE, Intel, LogitechG, ViewSonic and Western Digital. On the side of Hanoi University of Industry, there was the presence of Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Vice-Rector of the university, representatives of the Center for Enterprise Partnership, Faculty of Information Technology, lecturers and students of the IT Faculty.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Vice Rector highly appreciated the partners’ cooperation and support. He expressed his joy when the eSports Training Room has been put into use at Hanoi University of Industry. On behalf of HaUI’s board of management, Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc committed that the equipment sponsored by the partners will be exploited in the most effective way. The eSports Training Room is expected to actively support lecturers and students of the Faculty of Information Technology in teaching and studying.

HaUI eSports Training Room is a project to promote students’ eSports movement implemented by VBE Company with the sponsorship of Viresa. Hanoi University of Industry is one of the first universities to carry out this project with investment from famous technology brands such as Intel, LogitechG, ViewSonic and Western Digital.
