Summary of the University’s Trade Union work in 2022
On the morning of December 15, the Trade Union of Hanoi University of Industry held a conference to review the work of the Trade Union in 2022 and implement the action plan for 2023. The conference was attended by members of the Executive Committee of the University’s Trade Union and the President of the Divisional Trade Union.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong - President of the University’s Trade Union presented the report summarizing the work of the Trade Union in 2022 and the action plan for 2023. Basically, the goals and tasks set out in the 2022 plan of the University's Trade Union have been successfully implemented. The University's Trade Union has also coordinated with the Government to perform the task of enrollment and training for the 2021-2022 academic year; participated in commenting, developing and implementing regulations such as Working Regulations, Internal Expenditure Regulations of the University, Regulations on expenditures of the Union Trade Union and other internal regulations.

The Trade Union has successfully organized the Sports Festival for Officials and Employees with 8 teams of the coalitions participating in 5 sports; organized the Festival of Mass Performing Arts with 12 teams of the coalitions which included various art genres and left many imprints, etc. All activities created a meaningful picture for a successful academic year of the Trade Union of Hanoi University of Industry. With the achievements of the academic year 2021 - 2022, the University’s Trade Union was awarded the Emulation Flag of the Vietnam Trade Union; 01 member was awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and 17 members were awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union.

To deploy the action plan for 2023, the Trade Union of Hanoi University of Industry has developed a number of key tasks: Promoting education, ideology and politics among trade union members; Implementing directives, resolutions of the Party, State policies and laws, guiding documents of the Party Committees and Trade Union; Promoting communications of trade union activities; Regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations, taking care of the material and spiritual life of trade union members; Organizing training sessions for trade union officials, holding propaganda conferences, and movement activities in various and effective forms, suitable to the new era.
