HaUI students shine at National Olympiad and Startup Day 2025
HaUI students continue to affirm their academic excellence and innovative spirit on national platforms, securing 16 individual prizes and several outstanding team awards at the 2025 Mathematics and Chemistry Olympiads and earning national recognition at the 7th National Startup Day for Students.
Outstanding Performance at the Mathematics Olympiad
At the 2025 National Mathematics Olympiad, the HaUI student team achieved remarkable results in both Algebra and Calculus:
- Second Prize in Algebra: Đỗ Đức Anh (Computer Science 1 class - K18)
- Third Prizes in Algebra: Vương Ngô Ánh Hồng (Robotics 1 class - K18), Nguyễn Thành Lân (Computer Science 2 - K17)
- Third Prize in Calculus: Nguyễn Xuân Bằng (Automatic Control 1 class - K19)
- Consolation Prize in Calculus: Nguyễn Mạnh Tân (Automatic Control 1 class - K19)
- Consolation Prize in Algebra: Nguyễn Văn Trường (Mechatronics 4 class - K19)

In the Chemistry Olympiad, HaUI’s delegation once again demonstrated strong competence, achieving:
- Third Prizes: Nguyễn Hữu Bảo (Food Technology 2 class - K18), Nguyễn Thị Điệp (Mechatronics 2 class - K16), Phùng Quang Minh (Food Technology 3 class - K16)

Recognition at the National Startup Day 2025
On the 7th National Startup Day for Students, the SLT Green Hub project from HaUI won a Consolation Prize in the Education, Healthcare, Culture, and Tourism categories. The project, developed by a Faculty of Foreign Languages and Tourism team, pioneers the concept of a “Smart Green Hub” at HaUI. It integrates a sustainable ESG-standard restaurant model with IoT and digital transformation technologies.
The SLT Green Hub aims to establish an eco-friendly space for living, learning, and student engagement, and was highly praised for its creativity, practical applicability, and meaningful social contributions. This project exemplifies HaUI students’ innovation and their proactive role in the national startup ecosystem.
These medals and awards serve as firm stepping stones in the journey of HaUI students as they assert their academic capabilities on both national and international platforms.
