Implementation of Traffic Law Learning on the “Digital Mass Education” platform for HaUI students

In accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training on strengthening traffic law education through digital platforms, Hanoi University of Industry issues the Implementation Plan for traffic law learning on the “Digital Mass Education” platform for all students in 2025.

1. Basis

- Official Dispatch No. 3778/BGDĐT-KHCNTT dated July 08, 2025, from the Ministry of Education and Training regarding traffic law learning on the “Digital Mass Education” platform.

- Guidance from the Ministry of Public Security on the “Digital Mass Education” platform - an online system designed to enhance citizens’ digital skills and ability to use technology, devices, and digital applications.

2. Target groups, timeline, and participation method

- Target groups: All students currently studying at Hanoi University of Industry.

- Timeline: Throughout the year 2025.

- Method of participation: Online learning on the “Digital Mass Education” platform.

- Students shall access https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn/ for login, detailed learning instructions, and participation in the courses as required.

3. Course contents

The “Digital Mass Education” platform currently provides three online courses on road traffic law as follows:

- Road Traffic Order and Safety Law

- Road Traffic Sign System

- Handling Traffic Situation
