On September 16th 2015, Faculty of Electrical Engineering cooperated with HaUI Institute of Technology and the Representative Office of National Instruments in Vietnam in order to hold a seminar “Cutting-edge technology in Electrical-Electronic Technology and the development trend” with the attendance of National Instruments representative, faculty lecturers and students.
The seminar aimed at introducing advanced technology in electrical-electronic automative equipment to HaUI lecturers and students. The seminar focused on NI’s technical solutions for Smart Grid system, connecting LabVIEW with PLC, continuous machine conditioning monitor and diagnosis and introducing cRIO embedded controller- the “brain” of artificial intelligence. Additionally, LabVIEW-based data measurement and acquisition method was introduced.
Also, the matter of developing artificial intelligence system with motion control, image process and data measurement and acquisition was brought up.
In the discussion, many questions were put forward in regard of electric equipment manufacturing and process to meet the demand of the society. All the questions were addressed specifically and adequately by National Instruments.
The seminar was one of the academic activities to welcome new school year 2015-2016, to celebrate the 33th Vietnamese Teachers’ Day 20/11 and to mark 10th year anniversary of HaUI establishment ( 2/12/2005-2/12/2015)
