On December 27, 2024, LETCO Company, an affiliate of Hanoi University of Industry, convened its 2024 Annual Customer Conference. In the dynamic landscape of Vietnam’s labor export and study abroad market, the first half of 2024 posed significant challenges marked by market instability and evolving visa policies. Despite these hurdles, HaUI Human Resources Training and Supply Company (LETCO Company), under Hanoi University of Industry, has forged ahead with ambitious plans to bolster its international presence, particularly through Korean study abroad programs offering scholarships.

On the morning of March 12, LETCO Company (under Hanoi University of Industry), and Hanoi College Of Industrial Economics had a working session and signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate in providing opportunities for students to participate in paid internship programs in Japan.

The demand for labor is on the rise, both in terms of the need for foreign workers and the aspirations of Vietnamese workers seeking opportunities abroad. Furthermore, the cooperative relationships between Vietnam and its international partners are gaining momentum, fostering increased opportunities for Vietnamese workers on the global stage.

In addition to stabilizing traditional markets including Japan, Taiwan, and Korea, the Labour Supplying and Training Company Limited (LETCO company - under HaUI) is aiming for the potential European market.

On the afternoon of September 30, 2022, the delegation of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City led by Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Deputy Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Industry to learn and exchange experiences on the operating model of The Labour Supplying and Training Company Limited (LETCO company).
