In the competitive landscape of the job market, possessing technical skills alone is no longer enough to secure a coveted position. Soft skills and strategic techniques have become the golden key to conquering employers. This was the focal point of a dynamic discussion held on March 1, 2024, at the University of Hanoi Industry, where nearly 200 students from the Faculty of Chemical Technology gathered to glean insights from industry experts.

With the aim of providing soft skills for K16 and K23 students, a course named "Training soft skills for HaUI freshmen students" was held by Hanoi University of Industry from January 18, 2022, to January 25, 2022.
