In September 2025, 22 students majoring in Business Administration, 24 students of English and Chinese Studies, and 14 students of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) embarked on academic exchange and study programs at leading universities and enterprises in China.

On February 28, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Goertek Group (China) held a working session to strengthen cooperation in training and scientific research. Both parties agreed to implement training programs under the 3.5 + 0.5 and 3 + 1 models, aiming to enhance workforce quality and meet labor market demands.

With over a decade of collaboration across various fields, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. (Samsung Thai Nguyen) and Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) have forged a remarkable partnership. Currently, nearly 900 HaUI alumni are employed at Samsung Electronics, forming part of the company’s total workforce of 28,000 employees

At the Consultation Day for Admissions and Career Orientation 2024 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology on March 17th, many students set their sights on becoming students at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI).

After the official evaluation period of 05 undergraduate programs at HaUI, which took place from October 15-18, 2023, a significant milestone has been achieved in realizing the development objective of Hanoi University of Industry to become a multi-disciplinary applied university. University Performance Metrics - UPM has just announced the star rankings for 33 training programs belonging to universities in Vietnam (30 universities). Brunei (02 universities) and Indonesia (01 university). The training program in Mechanics and Mechatronics of Hanoi University of Industry excellently achieved 5-star.

On March 10, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the Center for Education Accreditation - Vinh University held the Opening Ceremony of the External Evaluation of 04 training programs: Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Human Resource Management, Garment and Textile Technology.

On the morning of January 17, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the Center for Education Accreditation - the Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges held the Opening Ceremony of the External Evaluation of 03 training programs: Information Systems, Chinese Language and Business Administration.
