On September 30, 2024, FPT Software, in collaboration with the Faculty of Information Technology at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), hosted the event "FPT Leader Talk: Journey to Japan".

Hanoi University of Industry has allocated over 1 billion VND to support students whose families suffered severe losses due to Typhoon Yagi, aiming to help them overcome immediate challenges, mitigate some of the damage caused by the natural disaster, and stabilize their lives, with financial assistance of 1,000,000 VND per student.

On the morning of September 19, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, chaired a meeting with representatives from Ishikawa Electric and YK Service Cooperative.

A team of students from the Faculty of Chemical Technology at Hanoi University of Industry has successfully developed biodegradable films to aid in the packaging and preservation of fruits. This project won the First Prize at the 15th Student Scientific Research Conference (Academic Year 2023 – 2024) organized by Hanoi University of Industry.

The 15th Student Scientific Research Conference for the 2023–2024 academic year concluded successfully, with 562 research projects conducted by 2,272 students from Hanoi University of Industry. Among these, the project titled “An algorithm for Mobile robot to guide the blind people moving indoors” was highly regarded for its practical application in daily life, its strong humanitarian value, and its service to the community.

A group of talented students from the Faculty of Garment Technology and Fashion Design at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) has made waves by turning old jeans into unique and colorful fashion handbags. This innovative project earned them the Second Prize at the XV Student Scientific Research Conference for the 2023-2024 academic year. Their initiative not only showcases creativity but also emphasizes the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development.

On the 70th anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day, the 25th anniversary of Hanoi was recognized by UNESCO as the "City for Peace", the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations held a writing contest with the theme "Hanoi in my heart".

In addition to providing a high-quality and professional training program, the HaUI Training and Human Resource Supply Company (LETCO) places significant emphasis on offering meaningful and valuable Korean and Japanese cultural experience activities for its students. These activities provide opportunities for cultural exchange, enriching the learning experience.

This summer, the volunteer students of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) embarked on a journey to spread love and support in Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province. Their enthusiasm and youthful spirit brought a wave of positive energy, leaving a lasting impact on the community through a series of meaningful activities.
