HaUI and Luxshare – ICT (Nghe An) sign strategic and sustainable cooperation agreement

On the morning of November 6, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Luxshare – ICT Co., Ltd. (Nghe An) signed a cooperation agreement, marking a significant milestone in their close, practical, and effective partnership.

Under the memorandum of understanding, HaUI and Luxshare – ICT Nghe An committed to:

1. Regularly organize hands-on experiential programs for students.

2. Collaborate on recruiting engineers and senior personnel through career fairs and employment advisory workshops.

3. Joint training initiatives: provide short-term professional and soft skills training; accept faculty participation to enhance teaching quality, support program development, and align curricula with real-world industry requirements.

4. Brand communication: jointly promote each other’s brand in events such as career fairs, employment orientation sessions, the introduction of new training programs, and promotional campaigns for products and services.

At the meeting, Mr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of HaUI, presented an overview of the university’s 127-year history, highlighting its 63 undergraduate programs, 14 master’s programs, and 11 doctoral fields, with approximately 35,000 current students and nearly 9,000 new enrollments annually. HaUI affirmed its reputation as a prestigious educational institution, consistently maintaining a graduate employment rate above 95%. Mr. Pham Van Dong emphasized that HaUI is ready to cooperate with Luxshare – ICT to train high-quality human resources, meeting the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Mr. Pham Van Dong underlined HaUI’s commitment to partnering with Luxshare – ICT to nurture highly skilled professionals capable of addressing the evolving needs of Industry 4.0 enterprises.

Collaboration between universities and enterprises is a key requirement aligned with global integration trends. The tri-party cooperation model – university, university, enterprise opens new directions in education, international exchange, and community building between academic institutions and businesses. HaUI’s 3+1 and 2+2 programs have already yielded positive results in faculty and student exchange, cultural interaction, and joint research.

Mr. Qiu Lianghao, Director of Luxshare – ICT (Nghe An), expressed appreciation for HaUI’s 127-year tradition, modern facilities, diverse training programs, and the proactive attitude of students. Luxshare currently operates two production zones with seven factories and approximately 30,000 employees. The company hopes that HaUI will guide students to enhance their foreign language skills, particularly Chinese, preparing them for senior management positions in Chinese enterprises.
