LETCO strengthens resilience and sets strategic direction for 2026

This message was clearly underscored at the 2025 Review Conference and the 2026 Planning Meeting of LETCO – HaUI Training and Human Resources Supply Company Limited, held on the afternoon of January 19, 2026. The event marked an important milestone, signaling a new phase of development for the enterprise affiliated with Hanoi University of Industry.

Despite intensifying competition in overseas study consulting and human resource supply services, the Company maintained stable operations while ensuring full compliance with financial and legal standards. These outcomes reflect the sustained efforts of the Company’s leadership and staff, as well as the close guidance and support from Hanoi University of Industry.

At the meeting, LETCO’s leadership conducted a candid review of existing gaps in areas such as market research, recruitment processes, training quality, and internal governance. Entering 2026, LETCO has identified “Safety – Quality – Sustainability” as its core operational principle. The Company will shift toward a depth-oriented development model, with training quality and input selection serving as key determinants of long-term success.
The 2026 business strategy focuses on two main directions: maintaining a strong presence in traditional markets such as Japan and South Korea, while making targeted investments to expand into Germany and other European markets. To achieve these objectives, LETCO is committed to standardizing recruitment and training processes in line with the stringent requirements of international partners. At the same time, the Company will accelerate the application of information technology and digital transformation in its operations. Communication strategies will also be comprehensively renewed to strengthen its image as a reputable and transparent organization.
