The “Earth Hour 2015” Campaign, launched by the Department of Industry & Commerce, the People’s Committee of Hanoi, in association with WWF and Danish Embassy in Vietnam was officially run in Hanoi University of Industry on 18/3/2015.

In the framework of Vietnam – Taiwan Educational Forum 2015, the delegation representing for Taiwan Educational units paid a visit to HaUI on 19^th March 2015. On behalf of HaUI’s Board of Directors, Mrs. Bui Thi Ngan – vice president warmly welcomed the delegation.

On the morning of March 5^th 2015, HaUI – JICA Project delegation led by Mr.Vu Dinh Thom – Director of Vietnam Japan Center, HaUI holds the seminar on 5S in the collaboration with Ho Chi Minh Vocational College of Technology (HVCT) for all managers and staffs in school.

The students and staffs from Tokyo University of Social Welfare had a meeting with HaUI leaders, followed by a tour around the university and a mutual exchange session with HaUI students on March 4^th, 2015.

Sookmyung Women’s Univeristy Vice President Kyudok Hong and the delegates paid a visit to HaUI on January 15^th, 2015 and had a meeting with HaUI President Dr. Tran Duc Quy.

The closing ceremony of the first CAD 3D Skill Assessment Test in Vietnam under Japanese standards taking place for 2 months in HaUI was organized on January 14^th, 2015. The test was coorganized by HaUI and ASCP of Japan.

To meet its own demand on developing key staffs with high qualified skills, DENSO Vietnam, Ltd continued to assign 10 learners of its institute for vocational skills training, intake 2, to short-term training in HaUI.

On 12^th January, 2015, HaUI’s leaders had a meeting with Gyeonggi University’s lecturers and students from Korea before those students start their study at HaUI.

HaUI honourly received the Decision by Minister of Education and Training allowing the university to offer Ph.D programs in Mechanical Engineering on 7^th January, 2015.

The closing ceremony of the course on Mitsubishi PLCs and Inverters was held on December 26^th ,2014 by HaUI-JICA project members.

The leaders of HaUI and Beijing University of Industry signed an agreement on training cooperation and educational exchange on 19^th Dec, 2014 in order to meet the demand for educational globalization.
