Thai Binh Provincial Department of Science and Technology paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Industry

On the afternoon of May 20th, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), chaired a working session with Thai Binh Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

In his remarks at the session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong emphasized that Hanoi University of Industry aims to develop into a leading higher education institution in applied research and technology transfer, renowned for its reliability and capability to access and develop advanced technologies applicable to the practical production and social life in Vietnam.

HaUI consistently prioritizes investment in scientific and technological activities to contribute to the sustainable development of both the institution and the country, while also enhancing the status and brand of Hanoi University of Industry. By 2025, HaUI aims for revenue from services, scientific, and technological activities to account for 20% of the total revenue.

At the working session, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Duong provided specific insights into the current state and achievements of the science and technology activities in Thai Binh Province over recent times, discussed existing challenges, and shared experiences in the process of scientific research and technology development at the local level.

After the working session, the delegation from Thai Binh Provincial Department of Science and Technology took time to visit the facilities of HaUI, particularly in the field of Science and Technology, to explore potential areas for extensive future collaboration.
