On September 25, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), in collaboration with the Center for Education Accreditation under Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (CEA VNUHCM), conducted a preliminary survey as part of the external evaluation process for 10 academic programs. This activity reflects HaUI’s ongoing efforts to enhance educational quality and reaffirm its position as one of Vietnam’s leading higher education institutions.

Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) has reached a significant milestone in its journey toward international recognition, with five training programs accredited by ABET. This achievement underscores HaUI's commitment to delivering high-quality education that is aligned with global standards, particularly in engineering and technology. By adhering to ABET's rigorous standards, HaUI has established its brand and quality culture on the educational map of Vietnam and the world.

After the official evaluation period of 05 undergraduate programs at HaUI, which took place from October 15-18, 2023, a significant milestone has been achieved in realizing the development objective of Hanoi University of Industry to become a multi-disciplinary applied university. This includes several areas that meet international standards.

From March 13 to March 15, 2023, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with BUILD-IT Project organized a workshop with the participation of staff and lecturers of the University.

On January 9, 2023, Hanoi University of Industry solemnly held a ceremony to announce the decision and receive the Certificate of Accreditation of the Education Quality Accreditation in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

On May 5, within the framework of the Project “Building University- Industry Learning and Development through Innovation and Technology (BUILD-IT) sponsored by the US Agency for International Development, was implemented by Arizona State University. Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) in collaboration with the expanded BUILD-IT project held a conference on preparation for training program evaluation according to ABET accreditation standards.

On the afternoon of April 6, 2022, the delegation of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education (NACCE) led by Chairman Nguyen Dac Vinh had a working session with Hanoi University of Industry to survey the implementation of policies and laws on autonomy, quality assurance and accreditation of higher education.

On the morning of January 17, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the Center for Education Accreditation - the Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges held the Opening Ceremony of the External Evaluation of 03 training programs: Information Systems, Chinese Language and Business Administration.

On the morning of September 27th, Hanoi University of Industry held a ceremony to announce the Decision of awarding of education quality certificate and welcome new school year 2017 – 2018 at Campus A-Minh Khai Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
