The “New Energy Vehicles” Academic Exchange Workshop, held at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) from August 24 to 27, 2026, provided a platform for participants to explore emerging trends in the automotive industry while strengthening academic connections among lecturers, students and international experts. The workshop also opened up opportunities for deeper collaboration in education, research and technology transfer.

On November 7, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) welcomed a delegation from Shanghai University of Electric Power (SUEP), China, led by Mr. Tong Lai, Secretary of the Party Committee of SUEP. The two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a strategic milestone and opening a new phase of deeper cooperation between two prestigious institutions from Vietnam and China.

On October 28, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) warmly welcomed a delegation from Guangxi University of Science and Technology (GXUST), China. The two institutions engaged in in-depth discussions aimed at identifying breakthrough initiatives for cooperation, particularly in the pioneering field of New Energy Vehicle (NEV) technology.

On the afternoon of December 4, 2024, Hanoi University of Industry, in collaboration with the VinFuture Prize, hosted an international scientific conference titled “Innovations in Solar Energy and Advanced Material Engineering.”

On June 21, 2024, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) hosted the First National Conference on Energy, Electronics, and Automation - EEA 2024. The event attracted over 400 delegates from 30 units, featuring a blend of domestic and international experts. The conference served as a vibrant platform for exchanging, sharing, and discussing the latest advancements and challenges in the fields of energy, electronics, and automation.
