On the morning of October 14, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) warmly welcomed a delegation from College of Industrial Techniques for a working session focused on sharing experiences in curriculum development, innovation, institutional autonomy, and the establishment of university-based enterprises.

In an increasingly intense global technology race, semiconductor chips are considered the heart of all modern devices, from smartphones and electric vehicles to artificial intelligence systems. Recognizing this strategic importance, Vietnam is setting ambitious goals, with research and training institutions like Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) identified as key players in this national endeavor.

On the afternoon of April 6, 2022, the delegation of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education (NACCE) led by Chairman Nguyen Dac Vinh had a working session with Hanoi University of Industry to survey the implementation of policies and laws on autonomy, quality assurance and accreditation of higher education.

On the thirtieth of September, 2016, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges, the National Board of Education and Human Resource Development held a workshop named "University Autonomy – Opportunities and challenges". Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Vu Duc Dam attended the event and made a speech.
