Counselor Dinh Doan, with his warm and humorous approach, highlighted the importance of "listening to oneself". He encouraged students to respect their emotions, acknowledge internal struggles, and actively seek solutions. Through relatable stories, he motivated students to reach out to friends, teachers, or professionals when facing psychological challenges.
Dr. Vu Minh Phuong offered candid discussions on how to build healthy relationships. Using real-life scenarios, she helped students develop effective communication skills and graceful behavior in friendships, romantic relationships, and discussions about reproductive health.
Dr. Nguyen Viet Chung provided a thoughtful analysis of the current mental health landscape among students. He emphasized the warning signs of stress and depression that often go unnoticed and advised students on how to care for their mental well-being. His guidance included balancing study with recreation and seeking professional support when needed.
The interactive Q&A session between students and experts was a vibrant part. Many heartfelt questions were asked and thoroughly answered, helping students better understand their mental health and learn practical coping strategies for academic and life pressures.
Thanks to the expertise and deep understanding of student psychology demonstrated by the guest speakers, the forum offered compassionate, real-life advice.
