In celebration of the 2026 Lunar New Year, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized the annual program “Spring of Togetherness - A Reunion Tet”, during which 360 Tet gift packages were presented to students in difficult circumstances. Along with the gifts came heartfelt encouragement and sincere wishes from lecturers and university leaders, creating a warm and compassionate Tet marked by sharing, solidarity, and human connection.

More than a seasonal activity, the program carried a meaningful message: no student should be left behind as the New Year arrives. Each gift symbolized care, empathy, and the university’s commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also emotional well-being and social inclusion among its students.
“Spring of Togetherness - A Reunion Tet” 2026 is part of HaUI Youth’s broader chain of community-focused initiatives implemented throughout the year. These include the humanitarian blood donation campaign “Rainbow of Compassion”, the volunteer journey “Warm Winter for the Highlands”, and the “Green Summer” Campaign. Together, these activities reflect a consistent spirit of service and responsibility toward both the student community and society at large.
At this year’s program, HaUI presented meaningful Tet gifts to 360 disadvantaged students, aiming to support them both materially and emotionally, so they could welcome the Lunar New Year with greater warmth, confidence, and peace of mind.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Nguyen Van Thien, Vice Rector of HaUI, reaffirmed the university leadership’s deep concern for the material and spiritual lives of every student.

He shared that HaUI proactively reviews and regularly updates data on students facing financial hardship and those from policy-beneficiary families. Based on this understanding, the university develops timely support plans to ensure that no student feels alone or forgotten - especially during Tet, a time traditionally associated with family reunion and emotional connection.
Each Tet gift package represented more than its material value; it carried encouragement, trust, and the university’s hope that students would continue striving in their studies, achieving new milestones, and contributing to the shared development of HaUI.
Beyond the gifts themselves, the program stood as a vivid testament to the sense of initiative, compassion, and community responsibility embraced by HaUI youth. It reflected a collective effort to care for students in need and to nurture a university environment where kindness, solidarity, and shared happiness are values lived out in action.
