With the desire to address the questions of numerous parents and students about the National High School graduation exam in 2017, on the morning 26/02/2017, Hanoi University of Industry joined the "College admission and career counseling day " in 2017 held by the Youth newspaper Ministry of Education and Training, and Hanoi Department of Education and Training. The program attracted a great number of parents and students.

In commemoration of Vietnamese Doctor’s Day (27-2), in the afternoon of 27/2/2017, Hanoi University of Industry held a meet and greet session with doctors and medical staff of the university’s infirmary.

“Learning for future” is the message conveyed by speaker Ngo Minh Tuan- Chairman of CEO group to HaUI first-year students on initial start-up in the program called “Learning Tips for Students’ Success in the integration period”.

On the afternoon of February 17th 2017, a closing ceremony for the contest of excellent teachers and students at all levels of 2015 – 2016 academic year was held with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Quy –HaUI Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Bong - Vice Rector and Dr. Bui Thi Ngan – Vice Rector in order to review all the activities and honour outstanding units and individuals.

On the morning of 13/02/2017, a delegate from Osaka University visited and had a meeting with leaders of Hanoi University of Industry. Present at the meeting are Dr. Bui Thi Ngan - Vice Principal of HaUI, JICA experts and representatives from other operational departments including: International Cooperation Department, Vietnam - Japan Center, Center for Vocational Skill Assessment and Enterprise Partnership.

On the morning of 09/02/2017, Dr. Bui Thi Ngan, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry and representatives from several operational departments received and had a meeting with delegate from Korea Polytechnic University (KPU).

On the morning of the 8th February, 2017, Hanoi University of Industry had a meeting with the professors, associate professors, doctors and management staff at the university on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. Mr. Cao Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Mr. Trinh Huy Thanh, Party Secretary of Hanoi’s industrial sector and other leaders representing Human Resources Development Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau (under Ministry of Industry and Trade) attended at the meeting.

On the 20th morning, January, 2017, the management board of the University had a meeting and gave support to Doctors who started working in HaUI in 2016.

On the morning of 17th January 2017, the 12th meeting of HaUI – JICA project management board was held and chaired by Assoc. Prof. Tran Đuc Quy, Head of Project management board.

On the morning of January 15th , 2017, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the Fire Prevention Police Department No 3 – Hanoi Fire Prevention Police Department held a fire safety training.

On the morning of January 14th 2017, Graduation Ceremony for HaUI – York St John Bachelor of Arts in Business Management graduates took place at the university, marking HaUI’s sucessful development in International Cooperation.
