Advancing engineering excellence: HaUI launches cutting-edge 5-Axis CNC laboratory

On the morning of December 20, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) officially inaugurated the 5-Axis CNC laboratory, a centerpiece of the "Talent training and research cooperation program" between HaUI and Beijing Jingdiao Co., Ltd.

This event marks a significant milestone in executing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on May 20, 2025. It underscores a shared commitment to building a cutting-edge educational environment that aligns with smart manufacturing standards and the growing demand for high-quality technical human resources.

The highlight of the ceremony was the official handover and commissioning of the JDGR400T 5-Axis High-Speed Machining Center, a brand-new 2025 model integrated with licensed SurfMill 9.6 software. The sponsorship package, which has a total value of $564,000 USD, includes one static license for 25 desktop workstations and five mobile USB licenses to provide a comprehensive digital ecosystem for students.

Commencing on December 14, 2025, with 13 participants, this initiative established a direct link between the academic curriculum and the rigorous technical demands of the industry.
