HaUI showcases innovative technologies at Hanoi MIP Fair 2026

Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) is showcasing science and technology capabilities at the Hanoi Main Industrial Products Fair 2026 (Hanoi MIP Fair 2026), taking place from September 9 to 11 at the Vietnam Exposition Center in Dong Anh, Hanoi. The HaUI exhibition booth features representative products and technologies in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, electrical and electronic engineering, and mechanical manufacturing.

Hanoi MIP Fair 2026 is an annual industrial event organised by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade. Featuring nearly 1,000 booths, the exhibition brings together products and technologies from a wide range of sectors, including semiconductor integrated circuits, electrical and electronic engineering, information technology, mechanical manufacturing and automation. The event also provides a platform for research institutions, businesses, suppliers and domestic and international partners to connect, exchange expertise and explore opportunities for cooperation.

At the exhibition, HaUI is presenting seven technology products and models developed by schools and units across the University. The School of Information and Communications Technology is introducing a biomimetic UAV with artificial intelligence-based obstacle avoidance capabilities, together with HAUTOML, an automated machine learning platform. The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is showcasing a virtual Vietnamese Sign Language interpreter. The School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering is exhibiting a VHX optical measuring system, turbine blade sets and other mechanical products manufactured using five-axis machining technology, as well as a magnetic polishing device using a magnetic field membrane.

Each product represents a different technological approach, ranging from algorithm development and digital platform development to engineering design, manufacturing and precision machining. Together, these products demonstrate HaUI's interdisciplinary research capacity, technological expertise and potential to translate research outcomes into practical applications.The technologies on display also reflect the contributions of HaUI lecturers, researchers and students, demonstrating the capacity to develop products and solutions that connect digital innovation with industrial engineering.

Beyond product presentation, Hanoi MIP Fair 2026 is providing HaUI with opportunities to exchange expertise, gain deeper insights into the practical needs of businesses and explore new partnerships in research, product development and technology transfer.
