If the communication task for enrollment in previous years was only articles or monotonous images advertised in newspapers or on television, now, it meets the development of society. Likewise, the university’s communication work has been oriented towards richness, multi-dimensionality, faster access to candidates and parents.

First of all, the university has promoted the application of information technology in brand promotion in general and enrollment in particular, in order to create the most favorable conditions for candidates and parents to access information about the university. The Center for Communication and Public Relations has coordinated with Departments, Faculties and Unions to propagate and promote the university’s brand, especially there is good coordination between units in enrollment. The important task of the Website is to update all information, with special attention to information on admissions. In 2020, the university created a video introducing 38 university training disciplines, which was well-received and shared by a large number of teachers, parents and students.

A breakthrough in modern technology communication of Hanoi University of Industry is the establishment of the HaUI-TV channel. Hanoi University of Industry is one of the few schools with a television channel. The university focuses on investing and mobilizing maximum resources, especially a team of highly qualified teachers who have many years of experience in career counseling and guidance uses flexible and diversified forms of consultation on many media channels to convey information to students and parents. In career counseling, the university always provides honest information, does not "polish reputation" or causes information noise to "suck" candidates to apply for admission. The enrollment counseling has close interaction between the university, parents and students to give accurate career advice to parents and students for reference and selection.
