On the morning of 8th December, 2016, Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Phong, Chairman of the Policy Council of Science and Technology, Chairman of the Management Board of National Technology Innovation Fund, Former Minister of Science and Technology with the members of the delegation had a working session with Hanoi University of Industry.
