Advancing knowledge and innovation: HaUI’s 2025 scientific conference series

1. International Conference on Intelligent Systems & Networks (ICISN 2025)

Held from March 22–23, 2025, at Hanoi University of Industry, the International Conference on Intelligent Systems & Networks (ICISN 2025) convened leading scholars and researchers to explore emerging trends and challenges in intelligent systems and communication networks. The event served as a multidisciplinary platform for the exchange of cutting-edge research and innovative solutions.

The conference attracted participants from 10 countries and featured 3 plenary sessions alongside numerous research presentations across 5 tracks and 19 thematic sub-sessions. Key topics included computer science foundations, signal processing, intelligent computing for speech and language, distributed communication systems, software engineering, and microwave engineering.

Distinguished keynote speakers delivered insightful presentations addressing the increasing demand for multigenerational mobility, intelligent safety systems, and the evolving landscape of cybersecurity in intelligent networks.

ICISN 2025 successfully fostered academic dialogue, technological innovation, and international collaboration, contributing to global scientific advancement and sustainable development.

2. The 2nd International Conference on Sustainability and Emerging Technologies for Smart Manufacturing (SETSM 2025)

From April 22–23, 2025, HaUI hosted the second edition of the International Conference on Sustainability and Emerging Technologies for Smart Manufacturing (SETSM 2025). The event provided a vibrant platform for academics, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to exchange ideas and showcase the latest advancements in smart manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and sustainable systems in the context of Industry 4.0.

SETSM 2025 attracted nearly 250 research papers submitted by authors from 10 countries, including Germany, Russia, India, South Korea, China, Japan, Serbia, Vietnam, Taiwan, France, and Malaysia. The conference highlighted emerging interdisciplinary research and emphasized innovation to meet the dual imperatives of digital transformation and green growth in modern manufacturing.

By exploring novel materials, advanced technologies, and intelligent production systems, SETSM 2025 underscored HaUI’s strategic vision for building sustainable industrial development in the digital age.

3. The 18th National Conference on Fundamental and Applied Research in Information Technology (FAIR 2025)

The National Conference on Fundamental and Applied Research in Information Technology (FAIR), an annual scientific forum co-organized by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, will hold its 18th edition at Hanoi University of Industry on August 21–22, 2025.

Under the theme “Digital Transformation and Future Trends,” FAIR 2025 seeks to advance both fundamental and applied research in information technology, serving as a vibrant platform for leading experts, scholars, and researchers from Vietnam and around the world to exchange knowledge and explore emerging innovations.

4. The International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC 2025)

Scheduled to take place from October 16–18, 2025, the International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC 2025) will be hosted by Hanoi University of Industry. The event is jointly organized by the Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc).

ATC 2025 represents a premier academic forum for the global exchange of knowledge in the field of communication technologies. As the communications sector plays an increasingly central role in all aspects of modern society, the conference will address a broad range of topics including 5G and next-generation networks, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging applications.
