The scholarships are structured into three competitive tiers:

• Tier 1: Valedictorians of each program will receive a full scholarship covering 100% of tuition fees (VND 185 million).

• Tier 2: The second- and third-highest-ranking candidates in each program will receive a 75% tuition scholarship (VND 138.5 million).

• Tier 3: The fourth, fifth, and sixth highest-ranking candidates will receive a 50% tuition scholarship (VND 92.5 million).

To retain the scholarship throughout their studies, recipients must meet specific academic conditions, including enrolling in a full course load each semester, maintaining good conduct, and achieving a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
