HaUI Graduation Ceremony inspires new engineers and graduates with lifelong learning and humanity
The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held its graduation ceremony on August 16, celebrating the achievements of more than 1,000 new engineers and bachelor’s degree holders. The event signified the completion of a challenging academic journey and the opening of a new chapter filled with aspirations, responsibilities, and opportunities.

The Class of 2021–2025 is regarded as a special cohort. Their academic path began in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, marked by months of online learning, social distancing, and unprecedented personal and academic challenges. Despite these obstacles, the graduates demonstrated determination, adaptability, and resilience, reaching the finish line on time with courage and intellectual strength.

In his address, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Manh Kha, Headmaster of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, emphasized that professional success requires more than technical expertise. He urged graduates to live with humanity and integrity, to pursue lifelong learning, and to cultivate creativity and the courage to embrace challenges. These values, he noted, will serve as guiding principles for their future careers and personal growth.

On behalf of the graduates, Trinh Thi Minh Thu expressed deep gratitude and pride in having chosen the path of becoming an engineer, a decision she regarded as one of the most meaningful in her life. She extended heartfelt thanks to her parents, lecturers, family, and friends whose support and encouragement had fueled the students’ pursuit of knowledge. Representing the new graduates, she also congratulated all students of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, HaUI, on successfully completing their academic journey and embarking on a new chapter filled with aspirations and confidence in future success.

The ceremony was imbued with emotion as graduates shared their joy with families and teachers. One of the most memorable moments came when all new graduates stood together to bow in gratitude to their parents and lecturers. That solemn gesture, marked by both smiles and tears, reflected a promise to honor the sacrifices and expectations entrusted to them.






The ceremony also featured the presentation of certificates and commendations to 23 outstanding students, along with diplomas for more than 600 bachelor’s degree recipients and 18 engineers across the school’s training programs. The event further marked the official launch of the Alumni Association of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with a 16-member executive board established to strengthen connection and collaboration among alumni.

Despite the rain outside, the atmosphere inside the hall was warm and filled with pride. For the graduates, the day represented both an ending and a beginning: carrying forward the knowledge they have acquired, the love and support of their families and teachers, and the enduring message of living humanely and learning for life.
