Bridging education and Industry: HaUI students gain practical career insights

The Faculty of Garment-Textile Technology and Fashion Design at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), in collaboration with Thagaco International Investment Joint Stock Company, organized a workshop on career opportunities for students in the era of smart manufacturing. The event provided valuable industry insights, enabling students to gain a deeper understanding of the textile and garment sector as it continues to evolve through digital transformation and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Speaking at the workshop, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Le, Dean of the Faculty of Garment-Textile Technology and Fashion Design, highlighted the importance of strengthening connections between academia and industry in preparing students for an increasingly dynamic labor market. She emphasized that practical activities such as workshops play an important role not only in helping students better understand professional working environments and industry expectations but also in encouraging them to continuously develop professional skills, adaptability, and innovative thinking.
