HaUI Students embark on Luxshare oriented training programme with two tailored learning pathways

Fifty three students of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) have officially begun the Luxshare oriented training programme, following two tailored learning pathways. Fifteen students will take part in an international exchange programme in China, while 38 engineering students will receive Chinese language training at HaUI. After completing the training, both groups will continue with internships and have opportunities to pursue careers at Luxshare ICT, creating a clear pathway from university learning to the workplace.

On August 28, 2026, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), in collaboration with Luxshare ICT Co., Ltd., held the opening ceremony of the Luxshare Oriented Training Class. The programme brings together 53 HaUI students who will follow different training pathways based on their academic backgrounds and areas of specialization. Among them, 15 students enrolled in the bilingual programme will participate in an international exchange programme at Guangxi University of Science and Technology in China from September 2026 to January 2027. During the same period, 38 engineering students will receive Chinese language training at HaUI to strengthen their language skills and prepare for future work in a multinational corporate environment.

Following the training programme, both groups will undertake internships and have opportunities to pursue employment at Luxshare ICT. The programme provides students with more than professional preparation. It also helps them develop foreign language proficiency, adaptability and practical knowledge of the workplace before starting their careers.

HaUI and Luxshare ICT are developing a structured talent development pathway that engages students from an early stage of their university journey. The initiative integrates academic learning with language development, international exposure, practical training and internship opportunities, providing students with a coherent and career focused learning experience.

Early engagement with industry enables students to gain a clearer understanding of workplace expectations and industry requirements while progressively developing the professional knowledge, language proficiency, practical skills and adaptability needed for their future careers. By connecting academic learning with practical experience, the programme helps facilitate a smooth transition from university to the workplace and provides students with a strong foundation for long term professional development.

At the programme, students also had the opportunity to interact directly with company leaders and representatives. These exchanges allowed them to gain a closer understanding of the company, its working environment and the expectations of future employers. The journey from a training programme to a professional career requires continuous effort from each student. Through the cooperation between HaUI and Luxshare ICT, students are given opportunities to gain practical experience at an earlier stage, strengthen their professional and language skills, and become better prepared for the labour market.

For Hanoi University of Industry, university and enterprise cooperation is not simply about connecting education with recruitment.
