The Voice HaUI 2026 showcases the musical talent of HaUI students

The Grand Final of The Voice HaUI 2026, held on 17 June 2026, transformed Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) into a vibrant celebration of music, creativity, and youthful passion. Filled with enthusiastic cheers, spectacular performances, and unforgettable moments, the event marked the conclusion of another successful season of the University's flagship singing competition.

As one of HaUI's most anticipated annual student events, The Voice HaUI provides a platform for students with a passion for music to showcase their talent and express themselves on stage. This year's competition attracted hundreds of contestants from across the University. After several competitive rounds, twelve finalists earned their place in the Grand Final, each representing a unique musical style and artistic identity.

After an inspiring journey through the competition, the 12 outstanding finalists took to the stage for the Grand Final, ready to deliver their best performances.

The Grand Final featured a vibrant mix of musical styles, with each finalist bringing a distinctive artistic perspective to the stage. Emotional ballads, acoustic performances, contemporary pop, and modern folk-inspired music combined to create a dynamic and engaging programme. Complementing their vocal performances, many contestants demonstrated remarkable creativity through well-conceived stage production, choreography, and confident stage presence, underscoring both their artistic growth and commitment to the competition.

Emerging as the winner of The Voice HaUI 2026 was Duong Van Tuyen from the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, whose powerful vocal performance and emotional interpretation earned the highest recognition from the judges.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice President of Hanoi University of Industry, and singer Dinh Trang, lecturer at the Vietnam National Academy of Music, presented the First Prize to Duong Van Tuyen from the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering.

The Grand Final was further enriched by special guest performances from singer Tien Hung, Special Professional Judge of The Voice HaUI 2026 and runner-up of the 2015 Sao Mai National Singing Competition, together with outstanding performers from previous editions of The Voice HaUI. Their dynamic performances sustained the excitement of the evening, creating an inspiring musical atmosphere and drawing enthusiastic applause from the audience.
