After nearly a month of thrilling competitions, the 2025 HaUI Sports Festival officially came to a close with an exciting closing ceremony held on the morning of April 19. The festival brought together nearly 1,000 athletes from units across Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), igniting the spirit of sportsmanship, promoting physical wellness, and strengthening the sense of community.

The 12th Expanded Sports Festival of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2024 concluded successfully. Athletes from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) left a positive impression, bringing a wave of positive energy and spreading the spirit of sportsmanship throughout the university as well as across the entire Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The Sports Festival is definitely an experiential sports playground for the lecturers, officials and employees of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI). This is also an opportunity for everyone to enhance solidarity and physical health.The spirit of solidarity among the members of the participating teams contributed to making each match meaningful and captivating, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

On the morning of August 12, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized a ceremony to launch the eSports Training Room worth 500 million VND funded by VBE; Intel Vietnam; LogitechG, ViewSonic and Western Digital.

On November 29^th, 2018, a delegation from Laos’ Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), led by Deputy Minister Khamphay Sisavanh, paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) to learn about the university work on gender equality and advancements of women.

On 27^th April 2018, the MOU signing ceremony was held between Hanoi University of Industry and the Laotian Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES).

On the morning of March 25th, 2017, Hanoi University of Industry cooperated with the Embassy of Laos in Vietnam to organize the 2017 Laotian Students' Sports Festival in Hanoi. The event gathered 43 training institutions where Laotian students are attending.
