HaUI Sports Festival 2025: Strengthening unity through sport and spirit

After nearly a month of thrilling competitions, the 2025 HaUI Sports Festival officially came to a close with an exciting closing ceremony held on the morning of April 19. The festival brought together nearly 1,000 athletes from units across Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), igniting the spirit of sportsmanship, promoting physical wellness, and strengthening the sense of community.

Kicking off in early March, this year’s event featured a wide variety of sporting disciplines, including football, table tennis, tennis, badminton, tug of war, and pickleball. Each match was more than a contest of strength and skill. It was a platform where HaUI members showcased teamwork, pushed their limits, and created unforgettable memories together.

Once again, the HaUI Sports Festival affirmed the vital role of physical activity in academic life, in fostering physical well-being and in nurturing mental resilience and enhancing unity among staff members. The event served as a powerful source of motivation, energizing individuals to pursue excellence in teaching, studying, and professional responsibilities.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented dozens of awards to outstanding individuals and teams. Yet beyond the medals, what truly marked the success of this year’s festival were the smiles, friendships, and camaraderie that blossomed throughout the games.

Although the 2025 HaUI Sports Festival has concluded, the energy, sportsmanship, and collective spirit it inspired will continue to resonate within every department and individual.
