Two HaUI teams earn top awards at "Cultural colors of Vietnam - Japan" competition

Students from the Tourism programme at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) delivered strong performances at the "Cultural colors of Vietnam - Japan" competition, demonstrating creativity, communication skills, and a contemporary approach to cultural storytelling.

Competing with teams from 24 universities nationwide, Mochi Mochi, representing the School of Foreign Languages and Tourism, HaUI, was awarded First Prize in the final round. Another team from HaUI, Arigato-Phở, received the Media Ambassador Award and the Companionship Award, contributing to the University’s notable achievements at the competition.

Mochi Mochi impressed the jury with a coherent and engaging presentation style, effectively conveying cultural similarities and differences between Viet Nam and Japan through familiar aspects such as cuisine, tourism, and daily life. Their approach enabled clear audience engagement and demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.

The Arigato-Phở team from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) was awarded the Media Ambassador Award and the Companionship Award in recognition of their dynamic, creative, and engaging performance.
