HaUI students make their mark at A80: Spreading patriotism and community spirit
In the glow of late-August sunshine, Hanoi’s streets blossomed with red flags and golden stars. Amid the nation’s proud celebrations, the youthful energy of HaUI students surged forward - hearts brimming with love for their country and a burning desire to contribute.
As September came, Hanoi became a vibrant sea of flags and flowers, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day on September 2. In the midst of this proud and historic atmosphere, more than 1,700 students from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) had the honor of taking part in volunteer activities, parade rehearsals, and cultural performances in preparation for the grand A80 celebration - a milestone national event.

Right from the first call for participation, HaUI students responded with overwhelming enthusiasm. Thousands registered, eager to contribute their youth and energy to this meaningful occasion. After a rigorous selection process, over 1,700 outstanding students - dynamic union members recognized for their responsibility, discipline, and passion - were chosen to represent the university at A80.
Wearing the spirit of community service like a badge of honor, each student became a “youth ambassador,” carrying with them the image and culture of HaUI. They embodied patriotism, courage, creativity, and a readiness to devote their talents to the nation. Their presence at A80 added youthful vibrance to the celebration and showcased the heartbeat of a new generation - proud of their heritage, and driven by a deep desire to contribute to the future of Vietnam.
