National Mechanics Olympic Contest 2016 Awarding Ceremony
On May 21st 2016, Vietnam Mechanics Association in collaboration with Hanoi Architecture University formally held the awarding ceremony for the 28th National Mechanics Olympic Contest 2016.

On May 9<sup>th</sup> 2016, a workshop was held by Meister Minami Co., Ltd. in coordination with Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) to enroll candidates for the Meister course. At the workshop, Mr. Kawashima – the manager of Meister School stated that this is the first Japanese style-oriented training program that has been launched in Vietnam and offered free tuition fee.
With the authorization of the enterprises, on the 5th morning, May 2016, Dr. Bui Thi Ngan – HaUi’s Vice Rector awarded 25 scholarships from Nitori Group (Japan) to HaUI students with excellent academic results and 20 scholarships from Vietnamese enterprises for economically disadvantaged students.
On the morning of May 4th 2016, the delegation of Inha Technical College had a meeting with HaUI. The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Bui Thi Ngan - Vice Rector, LETCO Company and Department of International Cooperation. This is the first time Inha Technical College has officially visited and worked with HaUI.
To implement the directive of the HaUI Rector’s conclusion in April’s working briefing, the 5S Committee carried out 11th 5S Week last week (April, 25th - 29th/4/2016). The closing ceremony took place on the afternoon of 29/04/2016.
On the afternoon of April 25th, 2016, the 11th 5S week’s opening ceremony was held by Hanoi University of Industry’s 5S Committee.
On 23rd April, 2016, the proclamation and presentation ceremony of the 2016 Sao Khue Awards took place at Hanoi Intellectuals’ Palace. Electronic University Management System-QMC_eUni® - developed by Centre for Quality Management - Hanoi University of Industry was presented the Award.
With the aim to promote interaction between students and enterprises, Hanoi University of Industry (HAUI) organized “Job Fair 2016” on 23 April 2016.
Team Super Cub 50 of Faculty of Automobile Technology, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) made the record for the self-made car with fuel consumption level at only 3000 km/l in the energy-efficient eco-driving competition organized by Honda. Super Cub 50 has also officially become the representative of Vietnam participating in the coming eco-driving competition in Japan.
From 11th to 16th April 2016, the Robocon Vietnam 2016 qualifying round took place at Tay Ho District Sporting Event Hall with the participation of 60 teams.
The workshop on Hanoi University of Industry’s Technical Model and experience in implementing training courses for vocational teachers took place on April 14th, 2016 at HaUI.
