HaUI and AIDEM sign cooperation agreement to expand career opportunities for students

On September 17, 2026, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and AIDEM Joint Stock Company (Japan) held a working session and signed a cooperation agreement on Japanese language training, skills development, internship support, and employment opportunities for students at Japanese companies.

The agreement marks a new step in the partnership between HaUI and AIDEM, with a focus on developing graduates with strong professional expertise, foreign language proficiency, and the adaptability needed to work in an international environment.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed the workforce needs of Japanese companies, including Japanese language proficiency, professional skills, and workplace practices. The cooperation activities are designed to better connect university training with actual recruitment needs, helping students prepare systematically before undertaking internships or pursuing employment opportunities in Japan.

Under the agreement, 30 HaUI students are expected to be selected to participate in a one-year training program from September 20, 2026 to September 20, 2027. The program will provide Japanese language training from N5 to N4 level, with students expected to reach proficiency equivalent to JLPT N4 or higher.

AIDEM will fully sponsor the costs of Japanese language training, Japanese corporate culture, professional skills development, as well as program management and student support throughout the one-year period. This provides students with access to a structured training pathway without having to pay tuition fees for the program.

Representatives of AIDEM emphasized the company's commitment to working with HaUI to develop a workforce that meets the needs of Japanese businesses. Students who meet the requirements may be introduced to suitable technical internship and employment opportunities in Japan.
