In the context of digital transformation reshaping how businesses operate, the seminar went beyond knowledge dissemination to focus on cultivating mindset, which is increasingly a decisive factor for students entering the labor market. Through practical discussions and insights from industry representatives, the program fostered a proactive learning mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong aspiration for self-development among students. At the same time, it provided participants with a solid foundation of practice-oriented knowledge, while strengthening their managerial capabilities, adaptability, and readiness to perform in an increasingly competitive environment.
