On the evening of June 10, the Final Round of the 7th HaUI Startup Challenge was held at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), bringing together six outstanding student teams to compete with innovative startup ideas. The competition concluded with LumiЯ – a robotic assistant for visually impaired people, developed by the Soft Robotics team from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, winning the First Prize.

For nearly two decades, the partnership between Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Foxconn Technology Group has demonstrated the value of close collaboration between academia and industry. On May 31, 2026, DCN-SEEE-01, a robotics team from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), delivered an impressive performance at the Final Round of Robocon Vietnam 2026, securing Third Prize and earning a place among the nation’s top three teams following a series of fiercely contested matches.
