On the morning of January 15, 2026, a delegation from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of HaUI, paid a working visit and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Biel Crystal Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. at An Phat 1 Industrial Park, Hai Phong City.

On the morning of December 20, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) officially inaugurated the 5-Axis CNC laboratory, a centerpiece of the "Talent training and research cooperation program" between HaUI and Beijing Jingdiao Co., Ltd.

On the morning of June 10, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) had the honor of welcoming a high-level delegation from Nanning University, China. The visit aimed to strengthen bilateral relations, with a particular focus on the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between the two institutions. The agreement paves the way for further development in the fields of education and scientific research, in which both universities hold strong capabilities.

Over the years, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) has identified international cooperation and educational globalization as strategic priorities, aiming to enhance the quality of training, research, and global integration. The relationship between HaUI and the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam has always been highly valued and continuously strengthened among its international partners.

On February 28, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Goertek Group (China) held a working session to strengthen cooperation in training and scientific research. Both parties agreed to implement training programs under the 3.5 + 0.5 and 3 + 1 models, aiming to enhance workforce quality and meet labor market demands.

On the morning of December 11, Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Rector of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) chaired a meeting with Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT), Taiwan. Both parties agreed to collaborate on a 2 + 2 joint bachelor's degree program; develop a master's training program with scholarships; and coordinate scientific research in the fields of AI, green energy, and smart healthcare.

On December 6, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held the opening ceremony for the collaborative training program with Goertek Vina Company, welcoming 58 students into the program. This marks the second consecutive year of cooperation between the university and the company in providing specialized education and training.

Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), the Department of Education and Training of Ha Nam Province, and the Department of Education and Sports of Oudomxay Province (Lao PDR) have announced strengthened collaboration in Vietnamese language training for Lao students. This initiative aims to promote educational exchanges, implement practical activities, and deepen the friendly and comprehensive partnership between the involved parties.

On the afternoon of November 5, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) signed a framework cooperation agreement with Yantai Vocational College (China), marking a significant step in advancing international collaboration and enhancing the quality and scope of vocational training at both institutions.

At the conference for the establishment of the Vietnam-China Vocational Education Community held from August 17 to 20 in China, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, together with representatives from over 80 educational institutions and 20 Chinese enterprises, discussed and proposed numerous solutions to enhance the quality of training, research, and technology transfer to meet the demands of businesses both in China and Chinese companies in Vietnam.
