Success stories often start with extraordinary talent or early triumphs. Thieu Thi Ngoc Diep’s journey is different. There was no initial spotlight, no outstanding accolades at the beginning - just a young woman quietly searching for her path. Today, she stands among the top graduates of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), earning her degree in Japanese Language Studies with highest honors.

A student team from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), has made a remarkable mark at the Mitsubishi Electric Cup Automation - MECA 2025, earning the “Outstanding Design” award with their AIoT-integrated smart factory model. The competition, held under the auspices of the Vietnam Automation Association (VAA), brought together 21 elite teams selected from hundreds of entries submitted by 14 top technical universities across Vietnam.

A group of second-year students from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) has developed a meaningful and innovative product to support people with disabilities: an automatic handwriting system controlled by voice commands. Their project, titled “Application of Stepper Motors in Building a Writing Support System for People with Disabilities”, won Second Prize at HaUI’s university-level scientific research competition - an impressive result for a team participating for the very first time.

On the evening of June 10, 2025, the grand finale of The Voice HaUI 2025 illuminated the stage of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), delivering an emotionally resonant musical experience. More than a competition, the event embodied the University’s educational philosophy of “Comprehensive education for sustainable development and global integration”, serving as a dynamic platform for students to cultivate character, intellect, and artistic sensibility.

On the evening of May 22, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) hosted the grand finale of the English-language competition “Speak Up 2025,” drawing the enthusiastic participation of students across the university. The event created a vibrant intellectual platform where students could showcase their talent, language proficiency, and global mindset.

On May 17, the final round and award ceremony of the 2nd "Smart City Integrated Circuit (IC) Design Competition 2024" took place in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was jointly organized by the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, the Department of Science and Technology, and other supporting organizations.

In an effort to enhance awareness and promote a culture of safe and civil traffic practices, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), in collaboration with the Traffic Police Department of Ha Nam Provincial Police and HEAD Honda Tiến Lý, successfully organized the 2025 program “HaUI Students Explore the Road Traffic Law.” The event not only served as an intellectual competition but also created a meaningful platform for students to express their civic responsibility in fostering a safe and modern traffic environment.

At the "Miss & Mister HaUI 2025" contest, organized by the Youth Union and Student Association of Hanoi University of Industry, Đoàn Thị Hương left a deep impression on the audience. Not only did she win the title of Beauty Queen, but she was also honored with the award for Best Response.
